We have several different Mortgage Programs available. Borrow for single family (owner occupied) homes, two and four unit dwellings, or townhouses.

FPCU's First Mortgage allows you to borrow up to 80% of the appraised valuation or sales price, whichever is less. The maximum amount of money you can borrow is $1,000,000. Choose from an adjustable rate mortgage loan for a term of up to 30 years, or a fixed rate mortgage loan with a repayment schedule of up to 30 years.
